IV – PRODUCTS

The confirmation of the order by the customer implies acceptance of all the provisions of the terms and conditions. Le Loup Corporation sends the customer an email confirmation that summarizes the order (products, prices, product availability, quantity, etc.). VI – ORDER REJECTION

– PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS

Prices are mentioned on the website in US dollars. Prices include VAT but exclude customs duties and other taxes for other countries.

Le Loup Corporation reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be billed and paid based on the rates in force at the time of ordering, subject to availability.

The products are paid on the day of the order.

Purchases will be settled through PayPal or through the secure platform chosen by Le Loup Corporation. The customer expressly acknowledges that the disclosure of his bank card number to Le Loup Corporation authorizes the company to debit the amount of the products ordered from its account. VII – DELIVERY

Deliveries are made by external companies, according to the option chosen by the customer at the time of validating your order.

Delivery operates at the time of transfer of physical possession of the product to the Customer (the “Delivery”). The risk of loss or deterioration of the Product is transferred to the Client at the time of Delivery.

The delivery prices applicable to the Order are those indicated on the Website at the time of the Order in the “Delivery and returns” section.

The delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the client, specifying that it must be the address of the client’s residence, an individual of his choice or a legal entity (delivery to his company).

Our carrier cannot deliver to APO / FPO / DPO military addresses, hotels or post office boxes.

The customer must ensure that he has provided accurate and complete information about the delivery address (including in particular: house number / name, building number / name, staircase, access codes, names and / or numbers for the intercom, etc.). In case of inability to deliver the products at the address indicated by the customer, the products will be returned to Le Loup Corporation, which will contact the customer to arrange another delivery.

Orders are sent within a maximum of 12 business days, from the date after the order is confirmed. However, the period can be particullary extended especially after the launch of a new collection and during December, considering the significant increase in the volume of orders.

Unfortunately, Le Loup Corporation cannot ship to the following countries for legal reasons: Morocco, Taiwan, South Korea, United Arab Emirates.

Le Loup Corporation cannot be responsible for late delivery caused by a force majeure case.

If the delivery time is exceeded and is not justified by a case of force majeure, the customer can request the cancellation of the sale and within a maximum period of 15 days will receive a refund of the Order. Le Loup Corporation cannot be responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the delay in delivery.

VIII – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any non-professional customer can use their right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days from delivery. In this case, the client should contact Le Loup Corporation through the email tienda@leloupshoes.com.

The return request will be confirmed by Le Loup Corporation to the customer by email. The customer must follow the procedure mentioned in the email confirmation.

The products will be returned to Le Loup Corporation within 14 days from the day of delivery. After 14 days, the sale is final. The products must be returned with their original packaging, with the original, new labels, without having used or washed it.

Customer reimbursement is subject to receipt of Products returned by Le Loup Corporation and its excellent condition. Unless the client indicates otherwise, the refund will be made through the same means of payment used to pay for the Order.

The return of the product (s) is the responsibility of the customer if the order was placed from abroad and is at your own risk.

The return is free if the order was placed from the United States of America.

The reimbursement of an order paid with a gift card or a voucher will always be through a voucher.

In all cases, the cost of returning the product is borne by Le Loup Corporation if the product delivered is damaged or is different from the order. If the customer does not comply with these terms and conditions, including return or exchange conditions, Le Loup Corporation cannot proceed to refund the products in question

X – GUARANTEES AND RESPONSABILITIES
