Tracking your order
Once your order was dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking code, which you can use to track your order.
Unfortunately, once your package has been returned to our studio, it cannot be re-sent to you automatically. We will contact you to agree a new delivery.
Returns and refounds
You have 15 days since you receive your order to make a return of your purchase. If you are not satisfied, the product (s) must be returned in their original packaging and conditions.
Money refunds will be made using the same payment method you used. If you want to make a change for another model, color or size simply contact our customer service center: email@example.com and they will assist you with the change.
Exchanging a product
We do not offer a change service through our website, but you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with it.
You will receive an email informing that your refund was made. Please give us 7 to 10 business days for our office to process the return of the package. Keep in mind that purchases made online will be refunded by that means or as a credit note in the case of gif card.
